Updated. If I missed someone or considered a post a joke, please correct me. If ready settings don't appear within the next month (and it just remains as N/A), I will remove them from the list.
To fill in the missing fields, please leave links to the settings in the thread; it's not very convenient for me to search for them throughout the workshop. It would also be helpful to specify the exact number of players.
