Sacred Haven of Debauchery

When I played the first Dawn of War, it was very difficult to play as the Necrons! You had to use considerable devilish ingenuity and intelligence! For example, spamming free Necron Warriors! Or quickly upgrading the main building and spamming Flayed Ones! But of course, I'm not saying that this is overpowered; these are clever tactical moves that work even against not all races. For example, it doesn't work against other Necrons!
