Problems with Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

And there's also a bug in the Guardian Angel spell. It says it restores 13 lives, but the angel only saves once:(

It all depends on who you are resurrecting. If it's a hero, it restores one life; if it's a unit, it restores 13:)
