You seem to have misunderstood the rules. If both players build a Capitol by turn 122, or on the same turn, the game continues, and doesn't end in a draw.

Why not introduce a limit on a player's "skill" (i.e., the number and quality of online games), instead of doing things this way?
This tournament wasn't created to determine the best newbie, but quite the opposite, to allow experienced players to remember the good old days when they didn't play online. In general, almost all the previous posts, as I understand it, convey one meaning: "Why do we need such a newbie tournament?". Guys, you just misunderstood the idea. I would be interested in playing by these rules, even though I haven't built a Capitol in a long time, just for nostalgia. And I'm not afraid, like many of you, to look like a newbie in front of everyone and ruin all my knightly dignity.
