Does anyone know where I can find a complete Russian guide for the Tribes of the East map editor?

Hello forum users! Many people on the forum create different maps; I also want to. But I don't know how to use the map editor, i.e., I don't know how to create scripts, simple quests, and messages. And I can't find a Russian language pack. Could someone write a detailed instruction with descriptions of the editor functions?
