Speed and aggression.

Random gave me Shakti from the start, under the castle there's a prison for 10-19 orcs. On day 1 I spotted a Griffin Conservatory (Throng) near the castle and GO 20-49 gr cows into the teleport that cuts off half the respawn. Under the castle there was an external dwelling of Troglodytes, which I hurried to take, and as a result, those very ones came through the portal. 120 gr Troglodytes, took 2 mini crypts, revealed glass +2 HP behind the ice ones. Broke through to the Rampart secondary. On day 2 I saw 2 Pegasus external dwellings one after another, a Dragon Fly Hive behind the Grands right under the secondary. Decided not to build up the Dungeon at all. On 113 with Expert Tactics I broke the Grands, lost 1 Pegasus (I don't know where, but I'm in a big hurry in battles and generally rarely think long). Dragon Fly Hive 50-99, left it for week 2. Then I pushed through the wasteland to the Barbarian secondary (had nowhere else to go). There's a Griffin Conservatory (Throng with GS), a Dragon Fly Hive, a Golden Bow, Shakti has fire magic. In short, I took the Barbarian town, and along the road there was also a Dungeon + another external dwelling of Troglodytes. Shakti on 117 stayed overnight in the Stable near the Barbarian castle, the army is going for an upgrade, a scout hero checked the Conservatory - max. Rampart 1-4 in the castle (I could have put more Dwarves I suppose, but I didn't bother).
121 - Shakti stands by the Dragon Fly Hive, the chain is being built.
122 - Dragon Fly Hive on 6 ducks. 41 gr Pegasi, around 220 gr Troglodytes, 20 Grands, 6 ducks, and meat in the form of various Dwarves and Goblins take down the max Conservatory with very terrible losses in my opinion (left all the Grands (they weren't fated to shoot with the Golden Bow), 4 Pegasi, about 40 Troglodytes, and all the chaff). And at the end of the turn I couldn't finish due to time (moves just left over), Shakti has picked up the Boots of Speed and a Shield.
123 - The chain clears the Dragon Fly Hive on 12 ducks at the Rampart, Shakti is beaten in the main, the army is delivered for a boost, clears glass +2.
124 - Shakti doubles mana, takes Conservatory 2, breaks through without issues. In the center I immediately take a Ring of Speed +1 and a Pandora's Box with 35 Serpents.
125 - Pandora's Box with 50-99 Minotaurs on 15 ducks (lost 6 Pegasi due to bad morale).
126 - Empty Pandora's Box, Wings +15k gold with 50-99 Enchanters. Opponent broke into the center and captured both of my swamp castles and killed 4 ducks there, which I messed up and didn't deliver at the start of the turn. There are around 500 gr Skeletons, 14 ducks, 30 Vampires, and some meat.
127 - I considered attacking the opponent in the castle, but didn't. Spotted a Dragon Fly Hive with a scout hero from above and crawled there. Behind it there was another one (both not large), an external dwelling of ducks, and a Library, with Wings everything was taken very conveniently.
131 - I attack the opponent in the field, the only thing that bothered me was the lack of mass magic (I had Haste and Slow), Mass Curse against Necropolis is certainly something )) 6 Angels, 41 ducks, 31 Pegasi, 150 Troglodytes, 20 Serpents of Shakti in a Fire Bird took their toll. Stats were roughly equal, but the opponent's lack of defense and offense was very impactful, the Oil didn't help.
