Inferno – “A fitting image for you” [Campaign 5, Mission 2]

Please advise, the battle with the Spider Mother is quite difficult – she constantly regenerates her health. Does anyone know which spells or other tactics are best to use against her? And should I pay attention to the ghosts she creates?
