HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

Out of nowhere, I encountered this problem: When launching the game with HDmod, the heroes start lagging, but if I launch it without HDmod in standard resolution, everything works fine. This never happened before. Does anyone know what the problem is?
