No, that's not "recently." Everything that could have stopped has stopped, everything that could have decayed has decayed, the brain is dead, and so on. You can try to resurrect them, but it won't be a person anymore. That's how it is; the wonders of magic are not as powerful as they might seem. "Recently" is a maximum of thirty minutes.
