In my opinion, creating a new version just to fix some illusory issue is pointless. It's better to make a good map from the start. Test it thoroughly and then release it. By "thoroughly test," I mean that it really needs to be tested well, not just tested for half an hour and then uploaded to the forum after playing it once.
