In the SAVE, you need to enter with the Moon into the last city of the Red AI, and the game will end immediately, and a GAME REPORT will appear. Then you need to load this SAVE again and make a turn, then it will be visible that the last remaining AI is "STRONG", and the information will be "Red AI strong is making a move". (since it is not visible on the screenshot whether the AIs were strong).
