Inferno – “A fitting image for you” [Campaign 5, Mission 2]

I have the same problem; the gates don't open after capturing all the cities. I went into the Dungeon, but it doesn't help. Please tell me what to do, and if it's not too much trouble, could you provide a screenshot?
