What does "no need" mean? And what did Volodymyr do wrong? Why should he have to replay? The game with Katherine already took a lot of his time and nerves.

The game was played on February 11th; the match should be analyzed before the results are confirmed, not a month later. The tournament results have already been recorded. If there are suspicions, and it's quite possible that they are justified, the saves should be submitted to the Arbitration Committee, although what's already available is more than enough...
