Phoenixes – I haven't seen this bird even once. I also don't know where to get it.

There are many Phoenixes in the third mission of the Necropolis campaign, "Dawn from All Sides." To play as them, you need to have the Lunar Disc of Shantiri equipped, which can be assembled from fragments in each campaign.
