Dynasty weapons.

What weapons can be bought at the altar? Or do you have to buy them with gold?
I haven't noticed dynasty weapons disappearing; they immediately go into the inventory tab because I give all the heroes their existing weapons at the start of the mission.
I looked at the manual, and it mentions small amounts for upgrades.
In the game, it seems like you need 10,000,000, or even 100,000, to get the 3rd level of dynasty weapons, but the manual says you get the 5th level at 7,000,000.
There's some kind of discrepancy.

At the altar, you can buy the Will of Urgash, the Assassin's Blade, and the Totem of Batu. You can see them yourself if you open the Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers in the upper right corner of the Altar. However, you can only buy them when you reach these tiers and accumulate the corresponding number of dynasty coins, earned for various achievements.
Dynasty weapons used to disappear with an older patch, but as far as I know, no one has this problem anymore.
Level 2 weapon - 100,000
Level 3 - 1,000,000
Level 4 - 3,000,000
Level 5 - 7,000,000
