Shadow display.

I don't pay any attention to shadows at all and turn them off in advance, as shadows cause most games to lag terribly.:)

How can I turn them off or adjust their appearance? Do I need to manually edit something in the settings? Because in the game itself, there's only a general graphics quality slider that affects not only shadows.
