Streams (including Mikogo, TeamViewer, etc.) - technical aspects.

Has anyone managed to stream in fullscreen mode? If so, please share the details here or in a private message. The problem is this: everything works in windowed mode, but it's tedious to have to readjust and navigate using the minimap. In fullscreen mode, the game doesn't display properly.

Alternatively, is there a way to prevent the cursor from getting stuck at the edge of the window in windowed mode?
