Hello everyone. I suddenly started having problems with Heroes 3. Everything was running fine, I was playing online, but one day I launched the game and couldn't play. Just a black screen with a static cursor. By changing the settings in the HD mod and enabling compatibility with Windows 98, I was finally able to get into the game, but when I try to connect to TCP/IP, it freezes.
I have Windows XP.
Everything works fine in safe mode. Everything works fine on a backup OS.

Could this be the root of the problem, and if so, how can I fix it?
