Questions about the gameplay of Heroes 6.

I have a question. I always play with the standard hero-mercenaries, that is, the starting ones. But sometimes their specialization doesn't suit me. Please tell me how to create my own hero with a specific specialization. Where do I need to go and what do I need to do?
