Fantasy vs. Science Fiction

Why can’t I change my vote? I voted for fantasy, and then I discovered Bradbury, "The Puppeteers," Mass Effect, Babylon 5, Lexx, Star Trek, and now I adore space opera. Not because it’s more logical, less cliché, or prepares us for the future, but because I like space, the scale, huge ships traversing the vastness of the universe, unexplored worlds, and things like that. The only problem is that I’m much more familiar with fantasy in books; in space opera, I can only remember Bradbury (he’s not so much a science fiction writer as just an excellent writer) and Lukyanenko (I used to like him, but he’s become tiresome, and I want something more complex); I mostly watch movies.
I haven’t stopped liking fantasy; it’s just taken a backseat.
