I'm not quite sure I understand anymore. 1) Block 2) Check 3) Observation 4) Bribery 5) Bloody murder 5) Murder (town) 5) Murder (mafia) 6) Healing All 3 Night Actions are under the same number. But do they happen simultaneously? If the mafia kills first, it's better not to block.
