The final campaign – “Even Angels Cry” [7th campaign – 1st mission].

Hey everyone, I have a question: is it possible to complete this mission with Cyril? If so, what's the best strategy for capturing enemy towns? I've tried several times, but I always get overwhelmed by the angel on "high" difficulty, and it becomes pointless to continue.
