Hossi, all class and race traits of Golems are reduced by a factor of four, as is the elemental bonus. So don't worry.

Not a good indicator. It would be okay if they removed the perks like race bonuses, class bonuses, elemental bonuses, and 5 points of Constitution from additional heroes. So that a Golem from Arandor would actually resemble a support creature in terms of its stats, and not a second, albeit secondary, character.
