Inferno – “A fitting image for you” [Campaign 5, Mission 2]

After capturing all the cities, the gate north of Nar-Eresh doesn't open. I've collected all 4 parts of the key (with one hero). Is there any way to open the gate to proceed to the Sanctuary?
