One morning, an envelope was delivered to the police station, containing a note from Zack:
I'm writing this in case some idiot gets the idea to kill me. I recently met a merchant named Kyle. At first glance, he seems like a rude and mean person, but in reality, he's a good and decent man. Better than many in this city. He asked me to visit him today, but due to business meetings, he asked me to do it late in the evening. I don't know what he's up to, but I suspect it's a business deal with some people.
