Only votes from players who submitted applications to participate in the tournament will be counted, including those who submitted their applications after 32 people had already signed up, i.e., wassermann, Satir, Kilgor, and Ihtiandr.

Honestly, all this fuss with the rules is just ridiculous.

Maybe it looks funny, but I tried to take everyone's wishes into account. It would be MUCH easier for me to run a Swiss-system tournament or a double-elimination tournament, where everything is simple and clear, and the program does everything for you, than to worry about groups and fear getting lost in them. I can draw the lots right now and wish everyone good luck. Because no matter what, there will be dissatisfied people. Selavi :)
