Sanctuary – “Crimson Tide” [Campaign 4 – Mission 3]

Please help. In "Bloody Tide," I can't complete the scenario. I've killed everyone on the island, captured all the towns, and freed all the Orcs, but the "Wrath of the Huts" objective says that only 3/4 are captured and under control, and 0/4 are under the control of the Necromancers. In the "Reapers" objective, I need to defeat the Necromancers. In the "Means and Ends" objective, 1/2 of the Orcs have been freed. I can't approach the fleet with Irina, Tiangbo, or the Orc that was left for me – Rakav. Irina's army only consists of creatures from her town. The 6 ships are just standing there, all the altars are active, and nothing is happening. ???????????????????
