The participant with the most points wins
The distribution of places among participants who have scored the same number of points is carried out according to the following additional criteria:
1) Head-to-head result
2) Sonneborn-Berger coefficient

The Berger coefficient of a chess tournament participant consists of the sum of all the scores of opponents whom this participant won against, plus half the sum of the scores of opponents that this participant drew against. The idea behind applying the coefficient: of two participants equal in the number of points, the one who won by defeating stronger opponents who scored more points is stronger. Therefore, the participant with the higher Berger coefficient is awarded a higher final place in the tournament.
A win against a participant with zero points does not contribute to the Berger coefficient.
