I took the liberty of renaming the tournament topic since it has already started. I wish good luck to all players and the organizer. It's a pity that such an active player and organizer appeared after our Kemerovo meeting, but never mind. :)

P.P.S. There should be a section regarding judging. I suggest involving someone from the experienced and respected players in case of controversial situations.
