In light of the above, the following questions arise: 1. Has this calculation mechanism already been approved, or are changes possible? 2. How seriously do you personally consider the point mentioned below? "A valid reason must be stated in writing and sent to the email address VDV_forever@BK.ru, but no later than 10 days after the end of the tournament in which the participant did not participate." Rating is still a sport, not a sandbox... 3. How justified is the application of a coefficient of 1.5 for SUCH a tournament?
