BOLIVAR (Sylvan, Ossir) lost to Hero_of_heroes (Haven, Dougal) M3 2-1-3 (approximately)

The start was very good: Elaina, Rutger and Hafa as heroes, took ore and sawmill on day 1, couldn't find the prison and the archer dwelling for a long time (there simply wasn't anything else), finally found both on day 4. And who do you think was in the prison? Dougal! At that point I had leveled Rutger to level 6, but after thinking it over, I gave the whole army to Dougal and off we went. On the second week I broke through all the adjacent zones and explored a bit in one. On the third week I broke into the center, captured the gold mine there, and broke into another center, where I captured ore and wood, and took the town in the middle of the 4th week. By this time, Elaina had trained 9 Paladins, 11 Archers, and 20 Inquisitors. The hero went to break into another center (which turned out to be the one I had broken into from the first center) when the simultaneous timer was running out. There I took the Ent storage, which allowed me to upgrade the Paladins, and broke into an adjacent zone towards the Elf, explored a bit, on the second day transferred the army that the money allowed (the income was just over 6000: Crosses, a Sack, and the Treasury management) and went for the Elf's town. I was one step short of stopping the reinforcement delivery to the town, which, however, didn't save Ossir, who had no mana and, as I understood, no magic spells either.
