Just wanted to get away from wins via concedes in the first week.
Concedes are a tricky thing. No templates can change that. You need to improve your skill. Personally, for me, a concede is a risk in a bad position that didn't pay off. If everything is fine, there's no point in pushing in if you're not sure. For weak players, concedes happen due to underestimating the guards or not knowing how to lure away some treaders. This is where you need to learn to play.
My last concede was on Jebus Cross against Valenok. Simple genies were guarding an external dwelling of nagas and artifact level 3. I thought there were 25 of them, but it turned out to be 42. The situation was rather bleak, but I wasn't obligated to attack them with a zero-level scout hero at all; tilt made me do it :D
