Questions about the gameplay of Heroes 6.

1. I don't remember the exact numbers, but "Dispel" removes one random effect, "Purify" removes negative effects from your units, and "Dispel" from Dark magic removes positive effects. 2. You can choose any skill; it's all a matter of preference. However, if you use Blood skills and develop a hero specializing in Blood, your reputation (specialization?) will increase faster. Maybe I didn't quite understand the question? What does a fan-made guide have to do with this?
