Vip.rus (red, demons) defeated KillAndAction (blue, mages), week 4, day 7, using a map with some kind of Guardian of Order (GO) feature. Demons are a challenging race on a standard map, especially without a ballista. But I dug up a Deleb on day 2 and didn't have many problems. Also, I had an outpost with succubi, devils, and pitfiends. In 3 weeks, I didn't find a single decent resource zone; they were all weak. On week 4, I decided to try to break through the GO, as one spawned right near my castle. In the end, I managed to break through in such a way that I also broke through the other side and took almost an empty castle in the same turn.
