We need help with creating a campaign.

Okay, so there is a storyline, but it's not enough for a campaign; it's more suitable for an engaging and interesting single-player game. However, it includes scripts, a unique hero (with a custom model and stats), and side quests. All I have right now is the storyline. Is anyone interested in helping?
