Reputation skills.

In the Campaigns, I developed my reputation based on my understanding of the Factions' morality:
For the Barbarian Faction, I also wanted to choose Tears, but in the second mission, the Blood quest gave me the Orcish Staff I needed, so I went with Blood.

In general, for each class of each Faction, one path is usually obvious. And most often, it's Blood. Or rather, it seemed to me that Warriors have a better Blood skill, and Mages have a better Tears skill.

I don't understand how Orcs can be associated with Tears?:eek: From rage, blood clouds the Orcs' eyes:smile51: - that's the kind of association I have.
Using the "save-load" magic trick in the 2nd mission for the Orcs, I got both the Malatua's Cleaver and the Staff of Thunder; by the way, I like both of them the most right now and I'm leveling them up, so it wasn't worth sacrificing my morality.

As for the heroes' reputation, I chose it based on the principle: whichever skill is better, in my opinion, that's what we take. As a result, only Irina has Tears - the only Mage, which confirms the Winner's words;) .
