Then it's clear. Is everyone too lazy to take on the task of organizing and calculating everything?:) Or maybe many haven't practiced enough yet. I really wanted to observe the tournament. I certainly won't participate myself for now.

You won't be able to participate anyway. Unless it's in offline tournaments. And even then, it's not a certainty – the pirated version doesn't get patched.

I had an idea to organize several tournaments, but considering the still-existing imbalance and the fact that I'm not playing "Heroes" right now, I've postponed it until a better time.

Regarding observation, a user from HeroesWorld suggested doing a live broadcast on some websites. Personally, it's difficult for me, so you'll only be able to observe the tournaments if someone else takes on this task.
