Much also depends on the map – if there are 3 native castles on each side, then the Warlock doesn't lose its advantages of enhanced Chaos even in a long game; if the castles are random, then the Necromancer has the advantage, because it doesn't matter who he converts into undead.
I didn't think that in Heroes of Might and Magic V, the Necropolis abilities are even better than in Heroes of Might and Magic VI. In Heroes of Might and Magic VI, you can only revive your own undead. Or am I misunderstanding something?...
