They undermined Toxic – which means there should be hints about the roles in the description of Toxic's elimination. "Camera" and "guy."
As for Mentor, the question is whether his role wasn't described because he survived. But in Toxic's case, the description is missing for another Neutral character.

But what's the point of Zero healing someone? So, it's more likely that the healing came from the original character, and the block came from the maniac.
