Tournaments hassles HMM II

Then I'm all for leveling up the hero as quickly as possible. The level should be determined based on the map's possibilities, so that you don't end up stuck without the ability to defeat anyone, because everyone else has already been taken care of. But level 10-12, I think, is quite achievable in any case.
