Game crashes: questions and answers.

Good day. I have a small problem with single-player maps. When I create a scenario and launch a map, the game may crash to the desktop during loading. This happens only with a specific type of map: downloaded from the internet (including from this site) and where heroes and cities are not initially placed. Maps that initially have specific cities and specific heroes for players launch normally. All standard maps and maps from the official map editor launch normally. The game was installed a couple of years ago, and at that time, everything launched without any problems. Now I have installed the same game (the image is the same), and the computer parameters have not changed. The game crashes without an error (it simply throws me to the desktop). Please do not reply with: buy a licensed version, update drivers, buy a new video card, because: last time everything was fine, all maps launched, and the computer parameters have not changed since then.
