Yes, it makes perfect sense that when roles are revealed, the players cooperate instead of each acting independently.
I've written about Neyra and Vegtam several times already. They seemed the most suspicious to me, purely intuitively, perhaps only because they write so little. Kitz may not have turned out to be a member of the Mafia, but she is an active player, and the range of her possible roles has narrowed significantly.

Why doubtful? That's usually how it happens; beforehand, many votes are cast on the person to whom the offer to reveal their role is made.
