How do you imagine the races in Heroes of Might and Magic?

I know this has been discussed a lot, but I can't stand it anymore. In Heroes 5, there's a lack of Orcs, Ogres, Goblins, and some kind of terrifying primordial beast (a Tyrannosaurus Rex, King Kong, a cave lion, or something similar). Something that would tear enemies in half with its hands (claws, tentacles, fangs, etc.). In short, a living embodiment of rage, I emphasize, rage, not chaos. Basically, a race of nomadic raiders and barbarians, not anarchists. And no matter what anyone says, it shouldn't be a duplicate of demons. If they aren't included in the next expansion, I'll be very sad.
