The only thing is that such people need to be found. Furthermore, a new map will be needed every month for each version => a decrease in the quality and originality of these maps.
As for me, I'm mostly playing 3 right now. I played 2 about 5 or 6 years ago, and recently played a tournament (spent about 3 hours). I only entered 1 once just out of curiosity. In 5, I completed only a couple of campaigns. And 4... I played it when it first came out, but it didn't grab me. I think most people are in a similar situation; rarely does anyone play at least two parts well. Although one could participate just for the sake of participating.

P.S. And where is one to find the time to play 5 tournament maps a month?
