So, where do I register and enter the password? I bought the disc, and it seems to be a legitimate copy.

If the disc is indeed a legitimate copy, then after installing the game, Ubisoft will prompt you to register when you launch it. Then you will need to enter the activation key, which should be in the box with the disc. If the key is not there, then this is one of the signs that you have a pirated version, and discussing pirated versions is strictly prohibited on this forum. Sorry.
