Well, gentlemen, we managed to pull it off in the end. Although on the last day, I was genuinely scared, thinking we had executed the Capellan, and I was calling myself a noob and a loser. The game turned out to be interesting, the newspapers were good and not overly saturated with Warhammer-related themes, which was a pleasant surprise.
Of course, one might think that the town won because of its overpowered nature, but the coin was clearly on the side of the Mafia in this game: several times, clues didn't appear, and killing protected players took multiple attempts. Also, the execution of the peaceful Plesen, which has become a tradition, and getting rid of the role-switcher and the serial killer on the first day, played well into the Mafia's hands. However, the town didn't particularly impress me – I can mention Revan's good game (despite the traditional killing of a player), Rimp and Jack played well (although the latter seemed like a Mafia member to me because of his aggressiveness, and I didn't immediately realize that the note was from him), and the beautiful move from Lizard and Kitz on the fifth night. Rather, what helped us win was that many valuable roles survived until the end of the game.
On the other hand, I didn't see anything particularly impressive from the Mafia. Most of them were exposed during the day, except perhaps for Hostor, who was killed early (I still couldn't recruit him; it would have been more difficult, but also more interesting to play with a live recruiter), and Daly (inactivity often benefits the Mafia).
In general, thank you all for the game. Glory to the Emperor!
