Restructuring is certainly a useful feature, but it doesn't personally bring me joy. It turns out that if you choose to play as Necromancers, for example, you'll be playing as them until the very end. And if your army does get diversified, it will only be with neutral monsters, which usually aren't eager to join our ranks. The same goes for restructuring creature dwellings. In general, I think the idea of sticking to the race you chose at the beginning is a bad one. Everything becomes boring and monotonous. You grab the same castles and build the same buildings over and over again – this only leads to boredom and the desire to quickly defeat everyone and go watch Teletubbies/Dom-2/Malakhov+ (choose one) >_<
And I recently played out the following comedy: I played as Inferno and defeated all 5 opponents using Necropolis. I took the second hero from Necropolis. I didn't restructure anything at all. I mainly played with the Necromancer hero and Necropolis troops, and that's how I won :) Of course, there isn't much point in this. But it might be useful in some situations. By the way, the fact that you should play as a MAGE, not a Warrior, is supported by the fact that when I wanted to hire a Necromancer, there were no mages at all, only Dark Knights; the computer bought all the mages, and HE IS A CHEATER, he knows what he's doing!
