Anticipating the next question, the last two cannot be unlocked.

There wouldn't be any. There are only 2 cells that can be opened... thanks for the advice!
By the way, I wrote above about the Ubi website where you can upgrade weapons... either because of that or something else, the experience stopped accumulating in the weapon I'm trying to upgrade; I don't understand what's going on.
