Does draining Archliches work?

Draining works in a specific way.
1. Life is not drained from demons, but from elementals.
2. It doesn't work if the Lich was already affected by the draining spell, or if it has previously taken damage and, consequently, drained something from the victim.

And Radiance always dies.
