You can see that the number of participants is more than 64, and they need to be reduced to 64, so it's better to choose someone who plays regularly, who will most likely complete their games on time, or someone who hasn't played a single game online and may not even know how to play through Hamachi, and doesn't even use ICQ, even though most of the Heroes community uses ICQ to communicate. If the organizer doesn't appreciate those who want to participate in his tournament, then such a tournament and organizer are worthless...
P.S.: ICQ is a thing of the past (like SMS). In the future, treat those present on the portal with due respect and, finally, add English-language stats, not everyone abroad uses Chrome (a request from friends abroad)...
